The insertion of a competitive event to measure the productive indexes of beef and bovine milk as well as the impartation of a conference on the evolution of cattle ranching in Cuba stand out within the program, the official mentioned.

For his part, Andres Ramirez, researcher at the Pasture and Fodder Institute, explained that several presentations pledge to be of interest to the attendees, among them, the one about advances in assisted reproduction in equines and the importance of protein plants in the animal diet.

The first National Livestock Fair is held under the auspices of Gegan and the Ministry of Agriculture.
