Havana, Jun 29 (Prensa Latina) The International Summer Laboratory "Traspasos Escenicos," sponsored by the University of Arts in Cuba (ISA), begins today with great performance, where local and Mexican artists are involved. Sponsored by ISA, the aim of this 4th-edition event, to be run until July 4, is to take theater to street to democratize the experience, its organizers stated.

Experts from different disciplines from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Cuba will participate in the workshops of the event.

According to ISA theater player and professor, Eberto Garcia, this meeting seeks platforms of exchange, opening, and spreading of new experiences, above all those that surpass traditional spaces.

Parallel to this is the International Colloquium on Creative Stages, to think the city as one of the emerging spaces of theatrical events.
