Havana, Sep 21 (Prensa Latina) The 10th International Event of Tourism of Nature "Turnat 2015" is a particular incentive for experts on adventure trips, said organizers.
Debora Maria Henriquez, delegate of the minister of Tourism in Pinar del Rio, said that excellent options linked to nature increased in this province and also that 300,000 foreign tourists have enjoyed nature leisure activities in this area since January this year.

Turnat 2015 (September 22 to 27) will be attended by more than 150 experts, as tour operators, travel agents, researchers and tourists, mainly from Germany, Argentina, Costa Rica, Denmark, Panama and Cuba.

Tourism market specialists from Pinar del Rio will present 43 options related to nature, including paths, hiking and circuits.

For his part, Jose Antonio Aguilera, head of the travel agency Cubanacan office in Pinar del Rio, venue of Turnat 2015, said that 80 percent of tourists that visit such a significant place as the Valle de Viñales, stay in the western cities of Matanzas and Havana.

The first Turnat was held in 2000, the event takes place in a different place of Cuba every two years.
