Foreign Investment in Cuba: Obstacles and Progress

Havana, Dec 7 (Prensa Latina) Cuba promotes at present 525 projects for over 11.6 billion dollars in order to attract direct foreign investment (DFI), in adverse circumstances due to the siege by the United States, the circumstantial delay in payments to foreign suppliers and domestic bureaucracy.
