Paris, Oct 1 (Prensa Latina) Air France will open during the summer of 2016 up to three additional flights to Havana from Paris'' Charles de Gaulle airport, regarding the ones proposed in the summer of 2015.

Thus, from late March to mid-May next year, the airline will offer 10 weekly frequencies between the two destinations, as anounced in a press release.

From mid June to late August, nine flights will be scheduled and during the whole season, which will end on October 26, there will be a daily connection.

Present in Cuba for 17 years, Air France accompanies the tourist development of the island and it is the first airline between Havana and Europe. This winter proposes up to 11 flights per week, according to the information disclosed.

In May 2014, officers of Cubana Airlines and Air France in Havana expressed interest in strengthening commercial ties between the two companies, in a Memorandum of Understanding on Commercial Cooperation.
