Warn about high electricity consumption in residential sector

energia.jpg.pagespeed.ce.I41s407tyuDirectors of the Electric Company, in Santiago de Cuba, warn about the high consumption in the residential sector, where measures can be applied to reduce the unnecessary waste of electricity for the benefit of the individual and national economy.
According to recently said Adrian Sanchez Blazquez, deputy director of that entity, the months of July, August and September are the most consumed in the territory, and family homes account for over 60% of spending.
"It is essential that the public aware of the need for savings demanded by the nation, as in the residential sector have as control spending," he said.
Reiterated the manager, who at the moment are unplanned damages in family homes, but the country needs every individual aware and apply saving measures known both in the workplace and in their homes.
According to data provided by the National Electricity Union in urban households 40% of electricity consumption is for lighting, 29% to the refrigerator, 13% to television, 6% grilled, 5% to the washing machine and other appliances remaining 7%.
For homes with air conditioning, the picture changes, because the air conditioning only spends 44% of total household consumption.
Given the ease with which we can use, there are times when we forget the immense value of electricity for daily life.
Thinking on the family economy, we will realize that the misuse of electrical will devices result in a higher payment of electricity.
