According to the established on Art No.43 of Decorations and Honorable titles, the Work Group No. 1 of constructive maintenance received the acknowledgement of National Outstanding Worker because of its job efforts characterized by professionalism and dedication during the current year.

A floral tribute to the heroes and martyrs of the Cuba at the eternal flame in the Revolution square Antonio Maceo was the start of the ceremony. Cuban Party Officials and members of the provincial government and state and officials of the Construction union, as well as some outstanding workers of the field attended the ceremony.

“I’ve learned a lot as a head of the group, both professionally and personally”, said to Sierra Maestra, Alexander Mustelier Castillo who has gathered 6 year of experience on the construction field and today he is the current work executor of the group.

“Setbacks will always be there, especially when leading a team; however, the results and the quality must be compelled. We have set the goal of improving in all ways for the good of the people”

The team is responsible for the services of civil construction and construction set-ups, remodeling and restoration of construction works, mainly with a social end. The group has showed positive results in economic and union indicator. The 119.8 % on sales and 147.8 on productivity is evidence that the positive development.

Bárbara Bell Maturell, member of the construction union, expressed “we have worked with the goal of meeting the commitments included in the economic plan and its efficiency indicators. We have strengthened our intern control system that meets its social object and we have managed to meet the positive financial outcomes that have made us worthy of several decorations and acknowledgements.
