Proctokinasa’s suppository,for patients suffering of hemorrhoids complications, is available to the people of Santiago that visit Juan Bruno Zayas surgical clinic hospital to treat this affection. The drug was created at the National Center of Genetic and Biotechnology Engineering.

Since 1992 the United Nation General Assembly has ruled a motion against the embargo that US government enforces to Cuba and some other American nations.
