Mexico, Oct 18 (Prensa Latina) Mexican President-elect Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador will divide the country into 265 regions to organize the fight against violence and insecurity, with the integration of all forces under a single command, it was reported here on Thursday. He announced that in each region, there will be coordination that will include the Army, the Navy and the Federal Police.
Where the incidence is zero or less, there will be approximately 300 agents; in states with bigger problems, but not serious ones, there will be 450, and in the coordination with the highest number of crimes, such as homicides and kidnappings, 600 officers will be deployed, he explained.
