The universal destiny of goods and their fair distribution precedes the right to private property, which should be a function of the primary needs of man,' he said.
The Pope said, 'You shall not steal' means that the Lord calls us to be responsible stewards of Providence, learn to multiply with creativity the goods we have to use them with generosity in favor of our neighbor.
