After the March 2014 referendum for the sovereignty of Kiev and the return to the Russian jurisdiction of that peninsula, material ready to be sent to a laboratory to investigate the creation of biological weapons, was found.
In the area of a former Soviet center for the fight against bubonic plague, 104 different parasite aids, 46 samples of internal organs from laboratory mice and 105 samples of human blood were found, Popova said.
According to the Russian official, that facility stopped being a research center to become a point of collection of samples to be sent to entities in Europe.
Popova pointed out that at the center documents were found confirming the preparation of conditions for the creation in Simferopol of a laboratory similar to the one in Georgia.
This would have created a risk for the aforementioned city and for the entire region, commented the Russian official.
According to a former Georgian Interior Minister, the Pentagon set up laboratories outside Tbilisi, where it investigates and experiments with strains of dangerous diseases, for which they used people in some cases for their tests.
Although the United States tried to deny the version on the presence of military interests to the aforementioned laboratories with a demonstration of the place to the press, the data found there speak of strange objectives for a supposedly civil installation.
Moscow, Dec 25 (Prensa Latina) The United States intended to create a bio laboratory in Simferopol, similar to the Richard Lugar Center in Georgia, controlled by the Pentagon, informed the head of the Russian Phytosanitary Surveillance, Anna Popova.
