Buenos Aires, Nov 9 (Prensa Latina) Former Brazilian president Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva's hopeful message of a better path forwards for Latin America, which leaves behind the existing deep inequalities, opened the 2nd meeting of the Puebla Group in this capital on Saturday.'I am free and with ready to fight. I have a goal in life - to establish very strong regional integration and I continue with the dream of building our great Latin America,' he stressed, after being released yesterday have spent over 580 days in prison.
After greeting the victory of Alberto Fernandez and Cristina Fernandez in Argentina, which he said he valued as if it were a victory for Brazil, and celebrating the triumph of Evo Morales in Bolivia, Lula sent a warm embrace to the over 30 progressive leaders of 12 nations present at the meeting, and stated his willingness to travel across the continent.

On opening the meeting, the Argentine President-elect Alberto Fernandez recalled his visit to Lula in prison, during which the Brazilian leader gave him only one order: to win at the polls. 'Lula, I complied, we won,' Fernandez expressed amid the applause of those present.
In his speech Fernandez, who will take office on December 10, underscored that the Puebla Group will be the voice that rises in the world to tell the truth about what is happening in this continent, from the leaders who have worked to combat huge inequality, which has always existed in Latin America, by building and strengthening institutions such as UNASUR or CELAC.
After celebrating Lula's release, the Argentine leader also called on all Bolivian leaders to support Evo Morales as the legitimate president of that country.
